  • Once a transaction enters the conveyancing process, deposits are deemed non-refundable, unless termination occurs due to a material breach by EH2 Ltd.

6. Referral Rewards Programme

  • Referral rewards apply only where:
    1. EH2 Ltd has acknowledged the referral in writing; and
    2. The referred client purchases a property directly as a result of your introduction.
  • EH2 Ltd reserves the right to amend or withdraw referral programmes at any time.

7. Data Protection & Privacy

  • EH2 Ltd is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the UK Data Protection Act 2018 and UK GDPR.
